Digital Service Clarification
AtoZ Cartoonist provides an intangible, digital software service. Upon successful payment processing through our gateway, your browser is instantly provisioned with a secure digital access token. Because this service is delivered immediately and grants instant access to bypass third-party URL shorteners, it cannot be physically returned or “un-delivered.”
Cancellation Policy
Our Premium Access plans (e.g., 1 Month, 6 Months, 12 Months) are billed strictly as non-recurring, one-time payments. We do not store your credit card information, and we do not utilize automatic subscription renewals (auto-billing). Because you will never be automatically charged at the end of your billing cycle, there is no formal “cancellation” process required to stop future payments. Your premium access will simply naturally expire at the end of your purchased term. If you wish to continue using the service after expiration, you must manually initiate a new payment.
Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the immediate, digital nature of the services we provide, all sales are considered final and non-refundable from the exact moment the transaction is successfully completed. By purchasing a Premium Access plan, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund once the digital access token has been issued to your device. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time, nor do we issue refunds if you simply decide you no longer wish to use the service.
Exceptional Circumstances
While our standard policy dictates strictly no refunds, we understand that unprecedented technical anomalies can occasionally occur. We may, entirely at our sole discretion, issue a refund or an extension of your premium time only under the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: If a technical error with the PayU gateway causes your payment method to be charged multiple times for a single transaction.
- Catastrophic Server Failure: If our core redirection servers suffer a catastrophic failure resulting in prolonged, unmitigated downtime (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) that prevents you from utilizing the premium service.
Account Suspension and TOS Violations
Users who are found to be violating our Terms and Conditions will have their accounts immediately terminated. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing your access token, using automated bots to scrape our links, or engaging in fraudulent activity. If your account is suspended or banned due to a violation of our terms, you forfeit any remaining time on your premium plan and you will not be eligible for any form of refund.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with a payment, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve the matter amicably. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card provider without contacting us first is a violation of this policy and will result in a permanent IP ban from our network.
